NO: Your PWA app can be installed on any phone/tablet or desktop. YES: If you want to add to Google Play or Apple App Store. You will need a Google Play account which is $25 lifetime and you can submit unlimited apps. For Apple, you will need an Apple App Store account which is $99/year and you can submit your own apps.

Your apps will still work, but you can no longer update them. You will no longer have access to edit them. As we do updates, they will no longer work.
